This page explains what information AIFix collects, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

This website (useaifix.com) is run by Numan Malik, trading as AIFix ("AIFix", "we", "us"). Questions about privacy: hello@useaifix.com.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we receive what you share: usually your name, email, phone number, business name and details about your business.
• Booking details. Calls are booked through Calendly. We receive the details you enter on the booking form.
• Basic technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and protect the site.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To reply to you and schedule calls.
• To prepare quotes, deliver the services you buy, and send invoices.
• To keep basic business and accounting records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Third-party services we use

These companies process some data when you use our site or work with us. Their own privacy policies apply:

Your clients' data

When we set up tools for your business, they run in accounts you own. We only access your clients' information as needed to set up and support the service you asked for, and we do not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as required for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@useaifix.com to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We will reply as soon as we can.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses. They are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
